Senior Operations Analyst
Leidos is looking for an experienced Senior Operations Analyst in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Joint Expeditionary Command and Control (JEXC2) Fleet Engineering Support and Site Maintenance in Panama City Beach, Florida.
The Senior Operations Analyst shall provide, deliver, and assist the JEXC2 TPM and ISEA analyze program fiscal work packages by supporting consolidation and integration of planning, programming, collection of replacement/upgrade component pricing information for budgetary purposes, scheduling, and executing information associated with the sustainment of JEXC2 programs.
o Provide and deliver programmatic DoD and Acquisition regulation compliance support in the review and update of selected technical management documentation for JEXC2 programs.
o Review, analyze, modify, and/ or improve documentation required by JEXC2 programs.
o Provide and deliver verbal or written recommendations regarding appropriate content, structure, and language to be used for consistency and accuracy among and between JEXC2 leadership and JEXC2 customer documents.
o Bachelor's level degree in an engineering discipline, Physics or Mathematics and a Master's level degree in Operations Research or Mathematics.
o At least 10 years' experience in operations research.
o Must have a favorable TS/SCI clearance and a current SSBI with ICD 704 eligibility.
