Project Manager - Navy Systems
Leidos is looking for an experienced Program/Project Manager in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Joint Expeditionary Command and Control (JEXC2) Fleet Engineering Support and Site Maintenance in Panama City Beach, Florida.
The Program Manager would provide programmatic support for Shore and Expeditionary Integration Program Office (PMW 790) onsite representative, JEXC2 Technical Program Manager (TPM), and Technical Program Manager (TPM) acquisition management and engineering support. Contractor support will also include close liaison with all Regional Combat Commands' and system stakeholders in obtaining critical feedback on fielding, planned testing, system requirements, system performance and system operational suitability.
The Program Manager will have oversight experience managing technology integration support, acquisition management support, budget, financial and compliance reporting support, software engineering, system administration and cyber security support for integration installation, research and development and Operation and Maintenance.
o Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
o Fifteen (15) years of technical experience in support of relevant technical field, to include: Equipment Support, System Support, and Programmatic Support.
o Eight (8) years of Program Management experience, to include: Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning.
o Five (5) years as manager of task specific project. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
Note: Experience may be concurrent.
o Must have a favorable TS/SCI clearance and a current SSBI with ICD 704 eligibility.
o Demonstrated experience in managing and directing the efforts of diverse task teams supporting the U.S. Navy systems being developed, modified, or supported
o Experience managing engineering support services task orders.
o Experience with uploading the Contractor's Funds and Man-hour Expenditure Reports in the Electronic Cost Reporting and Financial Tracking (eCRAFT) System and in submitting the Contract Status Report on the day and for the same timeframe the Contractor submits an invoice into the Invoicing, Receipt, Acceptance, and Property Transfer (iRAPT) system.
