Job Summary:

Individual will serve as a member of a team of development engineers, supporting the team in whatever is needed in the way of engineering and/or other technical related work. Individual's work and assignments will be directed by a senior engineer. Responsibilities may include one or more of the following areas:

·New Product Introduction

·Cost improvement projects

·Safety projects

·Product enhancements and platform upgrades

·Design and/or support of manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling and work cells

·Support of HVAC systems design in the areas of refrigeration, heat transfer, air flow, electric heat, gas heat, and mechanical structure

·Coordination of laboratory testing

·Support laboratory engineering efforts

·Modeling and simulation techniques in support of product development analysis

·Computer selection & simulation programs for system & component selections

·Other technical duties as assigned by the team


Applicants must be currently pursuing Engineering or Technology related degree. Individual should possess the following Skills & Aptitudes:

·Innovative, Motivated, Self-Starter, Dedicated, Good Work Ethic, etc.

·Team Player - the ability to function in a team environment is critical

·Adaptable - adjusts to changing demands, priorities, objectives

·Good Communication and Interpersonal skills

·Strong PC & Mechanical Skills - Shown by classes, grades, projects, experience and/or a demonstration

·Good CAD & Design skills a plus
